Floor plans and photo's are one of the most effective marketing tools in selling your home. Being able to choose the style of floor plans that best suits your style and branding will further increase your ability to successfully market a property. As such I offer a few variations of floor plans for you to choose from, from the standard 2D model in your own colours and style, to 3D floorplans and 3D walkthroughs. On the first occasion that you use my services I will work with you to help you decide the style and colours that will match your personal branding at no extra charge. Floor plans start at $175 if they are a stand along product. If they are incorporated into one of the photography packages it is a reduced price already calculated within the package.
